Hence my leaving...
I dunno i have been kicking the idea of developing my own version of cybernator for snes and i think i will take the plunge but true enough there is no real money to be made on a project like that even if it was the best sidescrolling mech game on the snes. Piko has the right idea in terms of releases with steam as well as physical games on old systems.
Making a game in the retro style can be very profitable on steam and current consoles, Stardew vally is doing very well and is about to get a wiiu port this year. 2Dream could do very well with a reto style game release on steam and that would open the doors to consoles.
Watermelon could still do releases on steam but from last i heard Fonzie just wants to release on older systems, Project Y could do very well on steam. If a port was made with local and online coop it would definitely sell a bunch of copies.
Sign me up! I would also LOVE to see Volgar the Viking ported to the Genesis. What a great game!
We will be lucky if Fonzie tell us something new this month. The more time passes and the less we believe.
Where is the result of the Fonzie's & Luis' hard work ? 4 years now, the last video tea time has been published a year and a half ago...
Erratum : It seems that something will happen on the Magical Factory website today or this week ^^
I hope It will be more than a big cleaning from Fonzie to delete inconvenient & disrespectful messages on the forums...
So, in other news, I've been playing a bunch of Bloodlines lately. That game is so damn good... Dammit, it's really good. Also, I let my daughter play Crystal's Pony Tale. She freaking loved it... Kids... I decided I should probably play through it on hard mode...You know, to make sure it's appropriate for my kid... :p
Oh yeah, Neat, news, I hope it comes.
Obligatory Nonsense:
- WM, get good.
- I didn't invest!
- Marketing is important
- Tulio was the heart of WM
- No name?! Lulz....
- Dude, seriously, Bloodlines...
Well the website is down so something is happening...
Oh oh... Stuff is brewing! Gimme gimme!
Well one thing I do know is this is probably to announce Papi Commando by Studio Veter in Standard and Bits format. Whether or not anything else comes out of it is an unknown!
yeah, still down over here - wonder what they're up to.
What the hell is Papi Commando?

Wow... Okay. It looks like a PC game that was ported to the MD. Neat. The more the merrier. Really though. I would have to see more to decide whether this is worth $40 or whatever they might be asking for the BITS version.
I can say one thing: Space. Cart space. It doesn't seem to be an issue anymore. Why do so many homebrew games look bad? Is it really hard to find srpite artists? (I have no idea, serious question)
Well i doubt they will scrub the comments but it does not matter, they all exist on other hard drives anyways.
Have they scrubbed comments before? That would make me think they are doing it so that potential investors don't see any overtly negative comments on questionable business practices/methods. Not that this is bad, just a thought.
Some threads were deleted one about gordman demanding a refund, a few others too.
I was under the impression that all the drama with Sasha would have been kept under wraps as much as possible. That looked bad. (I didn't know many of the details, but from an outsider perspective, WM looked bad rather than the other way around. Two sides to each story though, so I don't really know.)
