If I'm not mistaken, the payments are still there in WM's account. The account is just locked. He seemed optimistic that it would be resolved soon. But if say PayPal decides he's running a sham operation, they'd charge back all the transactions right?

I think Fonzie will be taking all the funds out as soon as he can, once the funds are out it does not matter. Spent on manufacturing and put the rest in a bank account.
