Very much. That's mainly because I began the Pier Solar DC project with Chui while Fonzie had quit WM back in 2011. Later after he came back to WM, and was actually working in the US, in 2012, that's when we decided to do the KS for HD graphics because the DC port was going to be 1:1. The idea to port to PC and others originated from Chui.
A few months ago, an anonymous disgruntled ex-Watermelon employee sent me something interesting. Was hoping to post this a few hours ago, but removing the Datenmeister dependencies took a bit longer than I hoped. The lack of compression provided by the Datenmeister also bulked up the size a bit and I didn't have time to rewrite the mapping for anything other than the janky flat 10M environment. So you'll need something that supports flat 10M ROMs like the UMK hack. Certain MED models have this if you're trying it out on hardware. If you want to use an emulator, BlastEm has supported such ROMs for a while, but due to a bug discovered while debugging this you'll want to make sure you get the very latest nightly build (marked April 2nd).

RAM randomization breaks the ROM, such a buggy thing, no wonder it still isn't released :mrgreen:
Incredible use of colour! Frame rate isn't too shabby either and the PCM sounds top notch!!
