That could be years based on past promises. I don't buy it sorry. He needs to be more forth coming with words and images rather than getting Luis to speak up.
By polishing, is it related to visuals or gameplay? Upgrading a bit pre-existing assets is one thing, improving gameplay is another. Also it's rather strange to wait for months to eventually upgrade assets again when the game has been in dev for years.I am not in charge but to be honest from what I saw in the trailer, some of the animated sprite frames would have already been changed a long time ago if I was.

About all of this, for sure, the game works on the official Genesis.
But about the manufacturing, I have several doubts, not because of the hardware but simply because of some administratives points in China that Fonzie faces and were not present when WM Existed in U.S
I think it's still a problem, and we'll never play before 1 year.
It'll be my last WM Game, and again, I would put it in the trash when I get it, even if it's a good game, it's just because Fonzie shited us in the boots (French expression "Chier dans les bottes") / screwed us over.

What it comes down to for me is really simple. I'd rather have the game in my hands and have it be great, if I get that, I'll be happy, period. But by all means, if you want to toss it in the trash when (if) your copy arrives at some point, by all means, feel free! :p
so, good to know that's not a vaporware and can run on real hardware. But at the same time if it's not finished yet I guess we can "expect" to play it somewhen in 2021.
Not to excuse anything but keep in mind Paprium has not been in continuous production for years. Much as has happened since. As for sprites and animations much could have been done better for todays standards, but hey Genesis as its limits and so does the artist's who worked on them. Not all is bad, there are quite allot of good things in this game.Quote:

I never said or implied the game wasnt good. It looks very good and I think you can be proud of your work. I thought it's strange to restart doing corrections now and Gwenael didn't ask sooner so that it's ready the day manufacture comes. I know it's not your fault. Luis, I appreciate that you put your issues with Fonz aside, and actually did something to try and finish it. But at this point I would have just filmed the whole thing running, and tell Fonz to shove it if he doesnt want to show anything.
