It's crazy how little they want the game showed. It must be really bad in the later stages.

It's crazy how little they want the game showed. It must be really bad in the later stages.
Combined with that enemy's 2-frame walk cycle in such a brief random clip, it looks like the animators stopped working part way through after Fonze stopped paying and he's spent years trying to make it work somehow, dupe someone into attempting to finish it off for free/the glory of it (Luis?)... or hope to scrounge up enough with another round of pre-orders to pay for the work to get done, while promising himself that this time he won't just blow it all on himself within a few weeks.
As some have said, if this was a modest fan homebrew we'd focus on the positives. But the recent email spam is even more arrogantly over the top than ever, bragging about the massive rom size, artwork, etc.
SIZE shock: No other game packs so much original art, sound and gameplay in so few yet so many MEGs.

SPEED shock: No other game plays faster (nope), better and stronger(?) than PAPRIUM.

PAPRIUM is the pinacle of video game programing, engineering and artistic excellence, nothing less, believe it or miss it!
Actually, PAPRIUM is much more than a game, it's the total and absolute victory against the odds.
It's a total truce against the odds as it appears to be shipping the mess that was expected at this point.
This is now proof that he and Luis are intentionally keeping secret the quality of the game because they believe it's a mess themselves... while still asking an outrageous price for what is advertised as by every possible metric, the greatest Mega Drive game ever made.
This is an intentionally misleading scam.
What's the only thing worse?
"The aftermarket (second hand) price don't lie, our products often reach 200% to 1000% of our original sale price. As opposed to the past, we will also update our price as our limited editions gets closer to sold out."
Even if the game delivered on its advertising, this would still be absolutely disgusting.
I know I'll be impressed "enough" merely from the soundtrack alone. Unless the changes they made
means removing the tracks I liked the most from those two samplers. I want to listen to and possibly
remaster the music which doesn't deserve to be tied to such an ugly game.
Suddently, adding your little intro and padding 1mn gameplay with useless fake credits for interweb clout doesn't seem like a good idea anymore...
I haven't even thought about how Luis and Fonzie are taking this sudden onset of negativity about the game. Hahah, it got < 2 minutes of footage and we beat on it, dragged it through the mud, and kicked it out of town. That game looks like garbage. I literally paid for the chance to own a piece of Sega homebrew history. I can't wait to talk about where it placed among other Genesis beat 'em ups.
So, I guess we'll be beta-testing and the connector on the cartridge is meant for applying patches later on.
did you played the game?
OH NooOO
SOON, MY MAN, SOON of course if you got the game

@Saga
Thanks for sharing the Tug.png
Have you played?
IMO the video is the typical case too bad to be the final game, but we're talking about Fonzie so let's see...
I see your point Barone. I edited my original post. Like I said, I don't know what to think or believe around here anymore...
@Epsylon Eagle
My thoughts exactly. I mean, how can Luis go on boasting all over the place again and again about the game?
It's funny how the product page says in bold "No detail Has Been compromised".
So far, I'm being led to believe that a lot of details have been compromised.
