Thanks for this. I have high hopes for this game.
Very nice, that actually makes me fairly hopeful for this game. At the very least I know they are going to push the hardware.
Looks interesting for sure!
I remember talking to Fonzie about the possibility of porting my Beats of Rage game to Sega CD and this looks a lot like a continuation or rewrite of the proof of concept sprite demo he came up with back then. Now I am really glad I didn't hesitate to ask :)
Anyway, this thread probably should be merged with http://www.sega-16.com/forum/showthr...fficial-Thread
As I said before this is the first Genesis/MD homebrew that I'm really excited about. Can't wait to see more.
It's not a homebrew like Pier Solar, it's made at WaterMelon's (quite new) office :).
Well office brew sounds like a brand of coffee. I guess in retrospect so does home brew.
Now I want coffee.
Oh no, WaterMelon has an office now? That means overhead and sales projections. Before you know it you'll be getting bought by Disney and forced to make Kingdom Hearts - Carz cross overs.
That's great news about the office. Perhaps now you can devote time and effort to a sequel on the Saturn titled Pier Stolar...
Watermelon has an office now? What happened to the days of development over the internet?
Does this mean we can storm the Watermelon offices with torches and pitchforks when we don't get what we want? :)
Fonz is the man
'Homebrew' refers to alcohol. So you can have Irish coffee.
Perhaps WaterMelon can increase their funds through some well chosen spot-placement advertising? You know, instead of a character's smacking the end off a generic bottle and stabbing someone with it WaterMelon could put some fancy scaling to work and zoom in to show the Jameson label--before it's covered in blood. Such an endorsement arrangement would of course lead to free product deliveries at the office, which would improve worker morale and overall productivity.
^Beer, not Whiskey.
Yeah but beer doesn't mix well with coffee. Really, really not.
