The pads are infrared ones, they are quite good for a wireless pads, good response and low power consumption. And provide a good look to the system.
The only MD game that isnt compatible at all with the Nomad is Decap Attack. As far as i know.
(sorry if someone already mentioned this, I only read 3 pages of the thread.)
The JP version of that game works perfectly on my Nomad...
The one i got, it confuses the button functions. It thinks the A button is Start, B is non functional. ETCQuote:
