No doubt. When I leave him by himself he gets upset and whines until I come back. He follows me everywhere I go as well.

pitbulls are one of the most loyal breeds of dog you can get
My current dog is a Black Mouth Cur, which the AKC considers a mutt Pittbull breed. They're wrong of course, as this breed has been around since the colonial days and are a hunting retrieving dog. They are also very loyal, especially to women and children. Mine sits and stays anywhere I want her to, and does all of the other schutzhund commands I have taught her pretty much on the spot. She doesn't like to sit after a long walk, so I usually have to ask her two or three times.

my grandfather on my dad's side was VP of the AKC a while ago. they were really into showing dogs and breeding Irish Wolfhounds & Whippets
Rocko is a rescue. His previous owners used him as a "bait-dog" and kept him locked up in a tiny laundry room most the day and hardly fed him. I despise people who use Pitbulls, or any breed of dog, for dog fighting.
That is disgusting, good on you for rescuing him. I guess he's going to need tons of positive dog interactions between now and the time he's a year old to try to counter the bad ones.
Heh, that makes a change. I'm usually terribly off the mark.
Sheath is the kind of man you want to have a tall drink and ride a pair of camels through a desert with
I'd totally drink a beer with Sheath. Of course, I'd happy to drink a beer with a lot of people on here...
Even with me?
