Uhhhhuhuhuh, "get it off", uhuhhuhuhu "manual".
Better that than clicking on a new thread and it "popping up" again.

Now i got 2 very unpleasant visitor messages.
Sheath, do you know where to find a working "No CD" patch for Arkham Asylum? I've only come across one, but it didn't work (MD5 file that had to mount to a virtual drive). Having to have the game in my dvd drive all the time is jarring. Cheers.
Hmmm....the forums are kinda slow today. Entertain me people!!!! :p
An oldie but a goodie.
GFWL games pretty much won't let you do that, and if you succeed expect your Live account to get canceled. Now I don't know why you couldn't use DVDRip and mount the disk image with Daemon Tools. That might work.
edit-
Also, I am installing XP Pro SP3 in Oracle VM Virtual Box right now. Hopefully it will work for games that will only load in a 32-bit environment. Now if I can just figure out how to make the virtual machine see my network folders.
No dice; tried it with DVDRip, and even ImgBurn and although they were able to make perfect image files of this disc, the game still refused to start when said image was mounted. I'm not gonna bother with it, not worth the hassle. Thank you though. :)
You have to do that from, I think the "Settings tab. Just give me a short while, I find out for you.
EDIT: Yeah, it's Settings>Share Folders. Click on the icon to the right and choose "other" from the dropdown list to browse for the folder you want to be (just do :C if you want the whole drive), make sure to click "auto-mount" and the next time you boot into the Virtual Machine you should be able to access it.
Cool, yeah, probably a good idea to not mess with hacks for a GFWL game. If you load the game through Steam will it let you play without a disk?
Yeah, I found it. Now if I could just figure out how to turn off the scale mode that is breaking everything I'll be fine.
