Man, I'm glad it was you he was talking about. I thought I was going to have to defend myself for a moment there.

I give up with Microsoft software. Today I decided for the first time in about over a year, I was going to burn an audio CD. Pop the disc in, hit 'burn' and get some error message regarding gapless recording. So I tell it to turn it off and the burn commences; a few mins later, I hear strange noises from the drive and Windows Media Player giving me an error message that "something had gone wrong".
No, the drive's alright. Turns out, for whatever reason Media Player no longer likes my DVD burner and the same thing (same drive, same program) has happened to others; it just stops working when it feels like it. Installed CDBurnerXp and it burned the audio disc straight away. Anyway I can delete Media Player? Worthless piece of junk.
Yay, I've got internet again! No more Youtube & Sega-16 exclusively through my IPhone now!
OMFG... I've been without internet for over half a year, and now that I've got it I still can't do anything because every internet-capable device in the house is performing a system update.
**frown**
I'm typing this up on my PS3, tethered on the floor about two feet from the TV because the damn controller is charging.
And also, vodka.
Less net, more Vodka.
