I don't want to start an international incident but for whatever reason my Canadian customers on Ebay seem to be the most needy of them all. I get like thirty five questions everytime. Sometimes it feels like I'm talking to this guy..

I bet they all start with:

"Do you ship to Canada?"

I think Canadians have to ask a lot of questions because they know they can't possibly afford to ship the item back if it doesn't work. Based on my recent discussion with an "ebay rep" Ebay isn't going to solve this problem any time soon.
