victory goes down the deep end
its totally different from headmaster and masterforce ( which if you take it as a mech show not as a transformers show is half way decent )
victory aims for a a younger audiance and half the time goes for humor
which is usually unfunny awkward and forced
you may like it but victory began the god awfull slide downwards for japanese transformers
I liked the Japanese HeadMasters season, but I just feel they shouldn't have infused it with so much Japanese stuff, it was always an American thing.
that's like taking some famous Japanese movie about a Samurai being all honorable and dubbing it with Samuel L Jackson's voice,
and he's all like "SHEEEEEEEEET NEEEEEGRO DID YOU REALLY JUST DRAW THAT SWORD ON MY BLACK ASS?!!!"
that's.. kinda what they did with Transformers, a simple show about robots from another planet, and they managed to fill it with all the Anime cliche's.
I don't chime in much on Transformers because, my liking it as a kid did not transition into my teenage years or adulthood. (I did have an Optimus Prime when I was little.)Quote:

I like Japan, but they operate one of two ways:
"That is fucking cool!"
Or
"What the fuck is this?"
Which means they cancel each other out.
with transformers its usually the latter
I say we pay them back for the crap they did with our beloved Transformers!
