I ended up calling google for him because he says he is in Venezuela, one rep helped me verify that the card was redeemed after I sent him the code but couldn't tell me what email address/account. The buyer flat refused to either call google or even use a free web form so they would call him. I have him blocked now and reported the whole thing to ebay and paypal.Quote:
