I ended up calling google for him because he says he is in Venezuela, one rep helped me verify that the card was redeemed after I sent him the code but couldn't tell me what email address/account. The buyer flat refused to either call google or even use a free web form so they would call him. I have him blocked now and reported the whole thing to ebay and paypal.
To top it all off, right before I blocked him he gave me negative feedback, found my personal email address and sent an email to me about "god iz watchin u" or some such. Awesome.
Maybe someone in customs needed some new games to play. :p
It would actually just be my luck that somebody at dropbox or ebay saw the picture and immediately cashed in the gift card before the buyer tried it minutes later. ;)
If I wasn't indoctrinated by 15 years in service industry work I'd blow guys like this off immediately rather than giving them a chance. At least he clearly broke all of my rules and clearly incriminated himself so I don't sit and stew about stupid off the wall possibilities like google emptying the card instantly if it is redeemed in another nation than it was purchased in. ;)
Stuff like this is why I stopped shipping overseas. I always seemed to have trouble with foreign buyers.
Well I guess my dog hates Nintendo, espically green N64's . I would post pictures but I'm not sure I'm allowed.
Did the dog chew up a Green N64 or crap all over it? With this group I don't know why either would be a problem.
He definitly went the funnier route. Still I had to take it apart to clean it. I'm not sure why of all things he went for the N64. I'll just post the link so we all don't have to see a slimy piece of shit in all it's Hi-Res Etsy style glory , if we don't want to.
