I just read up on what's happening with the Robocop Reboot sequel...and they've only gone and canned it, with a new sequel to the original '87 film called "Robocop Returns" taking it's place which ignores Part 2 (which I liked) and 3 (which is shite).
Fucking yes. So much win. Only good thing I liked about the Reboot was the scenes dealing with him coming to terms with being a cyborg, this one in particular. Otherwise, the reboot can suck a big back of dicks.
