Do you think boobs make people look intelligent?
Intelligent or not I can't say. It has been in my bitter experiences working crappy jobs that they are often the difference between a promotion or not.
The bigger they are the higher my flag pole raises. I mean it just thinking about the kinda women I prefer over a nicely well placed over sized chest is a hard thing to compare. When they colide........Hit the deck.

No it does not make them smarter it just makes them act smarter since everbody is nice around them. When you be nice to people they have mor confidence meaning they will feel more secure and thus smarter.

I'd say boobs make people look female. Except when men have them - then it just makes them look fat.
Men don't seem to look particularly intelligent when gazing upon boobs.
In conclusion... hmm. I suppose you probably shouldn't equate anatomy with intelligence.

From my school experiences, you can either have brains or breasts. You can't have both. At least, not from what I've noticed...

Well, I believe it depends on the person. If the woman knows shes hot, then she most likely will not be very pleasant of a person. If the woman is smart, but doesnt know shes packin it, then you have a gold mine on your hands, that way you have a smart woman who is very attractive. There are some women however that are not smart and are packing it, and those women are usually 18 yr old mothers of two who dropped out of school to work at McDonalds to support a family where the husband is drunk and doesnt work.
NOTE: that was just an example.
