My Japanese Mega Drive arrived today from eBay. It's an early model and it works great! I paid $87.88 for it, which included shipping.
Hit a local used game shop and picked up.....
Genesis
Wings of Wor - $2.99 - Loose
Biohazard Battle - $2.99 - Loose
Whip Rush - $9.99 - Complete
Gaiares - $19.99 - Complete
I may have over payed for Gaiares and Whip Rush but I figured it's probably pretty rare to find these localy. I also picked up Contra Shattered Soldier for PS2 for 12.99.
Sweet! My Hero is, perhaps, the best game ever made. Such intricate designs and creativity. Such masterfully scored music. It'd need about 28 Blu-rays to fit on if it weren't on the Sega Card. The story is immense. Oh, the gameplay is super-fair, too!
Persona 3 FES - $15
Classic Controller Pro - $19
Pictures coming later??? Possibly. Posting this using my iPhone, being lazy.
Yeah, this is one of those love it or hate it games (the majority of people hate it with a deep passion), but I like the game. So far I've been able to get to round 10 without throwing the controller. I've been wondering if anyone knows if there's an ending to this game? Or does it just keep on going?
It just goes and goes and goes. The music is enough to drive me nuts. Such an infectious little tune! The death music is classic, though (not that I've ever heard it because I'm so good at games...)

you lucky devil
these i want to bauy also have them already on dvd version but blu ray
and is it uncut
I wish they were uncut... these are just the theatrical versions. Though Forbidden World has a director's cut dvd included, but it's in 4:3 and the transfer seem to be struck from a tape version. Galaxy of Terror is my favorite of the two because of the gore and the giant maggot raping the chic scene. ;) Only Corman can come up with demented shit like that. I can't wait for the next two releases on Aug. 3, Piranha and Humanoids from the Deep.
