I beat it today and it was a very fun little platformer.
REMEMBER, you can block attacks by holding the Punch button and do a longer jump by pressing forward and pressing the jump button twice.
^damn, still hoping to secure a copy of the Genesis/SNES book, and Batman genesis was an excellent rental in the day, been on my list forever too...congrats to both of you guys!

All the Saturn games came out to about $7 each with the shipping, you can see what I paid for Blood Will Tell in the picture. :P
I will probably try and sell Blood Will Tell since it seems to go for closer to $30, or if anyone has an extra Norse by Norsewest manual I would happily trade for it. :D
I actually liked Grid Runner a lot back in the day and I have never seen that Soccer game for Saturn.

Yep, I picked up the game starring one Duke Hershenberg Nukem. It was another easy to complete game as it didn't come with any special inserts. This is a good port and a great game.

Grid Runner is pretty fun, but I actually only realized when I got it home that I already had a copy, at least this one is in much nicer shape. The Double Switch is also a dupe, but in much nicer shape as well than my current ex-rental copy.Quote:

Music is only looped once and each game's soundtrack is grouped into one track - don't know why it was mastered like this? I like having the ability to skip to my favorite track instead of listen to the entire game's soundtrack.
I tried looking everyone for that; couldn't find it anywhere. Was about to pick up the latest issue of Retro Gamer (3do on cover) no prob funny enough. Want it so bad. Might have to resort to ordering direct from their site.Quote:

The organization for this project is kind of all over the place though, I went for the Premium Poster level and the "premium" part is still kind of being figured out, but I'm optimistic they'll make it worthwhile.
Yeah, I didn't even bother looking for it locally, I just ordered it from their site and it took about a week and a half for delivery. There are a couple of errors in some of the information (foot soldiers being thrown off the screen in the SNES Turtles in Time being a mode 7 effect) but it's a pretty good read.Quote:
