The Muv-Luv Trilogy Collector's Box - PS Vita Kickstarter Edition has finally arrived!
Almost 3 years after I made the initial pledge I'm happy to see this finally get delivered on my front door. The package contained a lot of stuff, here's a quick rundown though:

1) The physical PS Vita games for Muv-Luv (includes Muv-Luv Unlimited on the cartridge as well) & Muv-Luv Alternative

2) The Collector's Edition Box; within which there is a Muv-Luv game creator signature(!) on Limited Edition Sticker, Kickstarter Edition Physical Artbook, and Physical OST CDs

3) Max Factory Figma SP-037 Kagami Sumika Action Figure (also Kickstarter Exclusive)

There are also a number of digital rewards that I got along the way, but they don't really show up that well in a picture :p

I got a mostly cib lot of 33 genesis games and 3 nes games, for 280$ on kijiji (canadian craigslist) last month. In it was a mint cib of crusader of centy! Also phantasy star 2-3-4, shining darkness, shining force, sparkster, blaster master 2, valis, alisia dragoon, and a bunch more! All mostly valuable games, best lot i have found in over a decade for sure!

Macross Delta is the Vita game and is a 3rd person mecha action game.

Greek Myth Diablo. Same engine as Witcher 2. You also get to become a Titan. Some of the talent behind it went to work on Grim Dawn.

Got myself these two beauties on Offer Up. $20 for the little one and $25 for the big one. I've been meaning to get a themed CRT of some sort for quite some time. I think I found the perfect ones.

What better way to play your favorite retro Disney games than on Disney's official CRTs.:love::love::love:

I have to cheat a little as I forgot to take a pic of it before hooking it up to the monitor and stuff. So sorry not a real pic. I finally replaced my 2012 Asus gaming laptop. This was $1000 so on th ebudget side but it still pretty good.

256GB SSD and I added my old 1TB HDD on top of that as it has space for an additonal HDD. Then I have an external 2TB HDD via USB.

Picked this up dirt cheap out in the 'wild'. All seemed ok, until I popped in a GBA game and it wouldn't recognize it. Checked the back, and there's a small dent where the GBA cart slot is. Took a pair of pliers, and pulled the pins back - and luckily, it worked. GBA games now load - only prob is I have only the Sonic Advance games nowadays, as I destroyed the rest of my 'collection' as they were bootlegs (long story short: Amazon a few years ago, I bought a few games, turned out to be fake, got my money back).

I had an infuriating run on ebay back in 2008/2009 where it seemed like every other DS or GBA game I bought on ebay turned out to be a bootleg. Seems safer to buy them now, but I'm still paranoid about the authenticity of every game I get online.

That's a pretty good deal. I've seen the same laptop at Wal-Mart (of all places) where they had it selling for $1,200.

So I was ready to bite the bullet and buy a either a Sega Saturn or a Dreamcast, but was iffy about making up my mind. When I found both of these bundles for really good deals, I decided to buy both!

I spent: $100 Saturn console + controller + 5 games (Myst, Virtua Fighter, World Series Baseball, Daytona USA, and World Cup Golf (in case))
$50 Dreamcast console + VMU + 2 controllers + 2 games (Sonic Adventure and Star Wars: Jedi Power Battle)

Altogether, I got two new systems and 7 games for $150 and once I trade in some more stuff, I can recoup that cost.

Yeah, kinda makes me want to buy a flash cart and just be done with it tbh. Can't find DS/GBA games down here in the shops anymore, so I'll just have to stick with Ebay and be super careful when looking over the pics/ask the seller of whatever game I'm interested in.

One way to be sure you don't get a bootleg GBA cart is if you buy CIB. But prices are just ridiculous nowadays. It has been a piecemeal approach for me with the GBA.
