Oh, definitely, Boomerang is still a great game. My issue is that with the one hit deaths, you can't enough the Newtonian physics engine as much as you can with the life meter. The way the sealed enemies react within the physics engine is what really sets the game apart, and it's more difficult to focus on chaining and growing a seal when you're too busy fearing for your life.
I didn't find the extra playable characters to add much to the game to warrant having two copies of what is essentially the same game, so I sold Boomerang. Still, at $15 or so, it's a steal. Just understand that the unique play mechanics of the game are more enjoyable in Cotton 2. :)
