Hello, who has the Monopoly US version?
I'm looking on ebay for a copy, but I see there are card boxes and plastic boxes. which is the genuine one? probably the card boxes, but I wanted to double check with the xperts here.

I think they are both genuine, the card box is just a later print of the game.
The cardboard box is the majesco rerelease. It is legit.
I agree with them, plastic boxes doesn't imply that something isn't authentic.
