Crazy Frog is a trademarked name given to the character from The Annoying Thing by the ringtone company Jamba. the original sound clip is a Swedish man (Daniel Malmedahl) who recorded himself imitating a 2-stroke Moped engine. The original sound clip is hilarious. When it was remixed with Harold Faltermyers' (sp?) Axel F theme song it was still mildly amusing. The resulting ringtone is annoying - which is the original name of it's title character.
I have no idea about the Indy Car meme from ebaum's world, but it may be derived from The Annoying Thing or Crazy Frog. Not sure. I remember looking up all this history about 4 or 5 years ago when my friend and I came across the "2TAKTARE" sound file which was the original sound clip. We almost peed ourselves laughing. It's short enough to not get annoying and doesn't have all the extra crap of Crazy Frog.
The first thing I did when the ringtones started appearing was point and bleat "bwuh, it that silly internet thing there". The response from people in room was underwhelming.
So... anyone want a crazy frog pencil tin? Available at all good Poundlands (While Stocks Last!!!)
I remember there being "Crazy Frog" merchandise on an endcap at Best Buy.
I wanted to snap the necks of whoever created this shit, but I kept my cool.
Silly rabbit, he's speaking Viking!
BIland undrar jag hur jag ens orkar med sådant. Men mjo, Sverige spammar väl upp de flesta forumen. Typ som att det kryllar av Göteborgare på Nintendo Forumet ^^
If more people put their hope in my sarcasm, there would be a better world.
So, two friends of mine have married yesterday and decided to have their honeymoon in ... SWEDEN, of all places!
well... any ideas where two honeymooners might go there?
Perhaps to an island in Stockholms skärgård or some small county in Norrland. Excellent places with beautiful nature for a calm time of planning and thinking of life in the future.
