Well the JVC ones blows the Sega ones away.

How far off-center are we talking about? MPEG-1 always looks like crap so the best you can say is that the Victor cards suck a little less than the Sega ones.

When part of the picture is below the TV screen (part of it cuts off), and you can't fix it.

That's not what I asked. I asked how far off center it was. Is half the screen missing?

I'll live with some cutoff screen...I mean this is all an exercise in futility anyway seeing as the modern age has DvDs...

VCDs are good for marveling at past technologies, comparing them to today's and wondering what the people of then would think of our awesome Blu-ray nonsense.
