Playing burned disks on Sega CD

Okay, the thing I hate, absolutely HATE about all these guides is they assume I know what the hell they're talking about. Could someone PLEASE explain to me in simple terms exactly what to do from start to finish on how to burn a sega CD game (if I already have a game, want to make a copy that will also play on my Sega CD...) I have CDrwin which I hear is something I need but I still have really no grasp of it.

I have also heard of converting mp3s to wav files, but certain games like surgical strike do not seem to have any wav files on the disks...so what the hell do I do?

If you already have the disc, then there is no need to convert to teh MP3z or anything silly like that. Just select "Disc Copy" or similar in whatever program you use, insert the original disc and then insert a CD-R when prompted. EASY! If it is a Bin/Cue/MP3 then you can use NERO to load the CUE file (via the OPEN menu at the top of the screen). Newer versions of Nero are a bit iffy, so watch out. Nero will automatically convert teh MP3z into WAV files as it burns. No clue about CDR-Win. I think that program was obsolete as of 1997 or so.
