there is ebay.be for that a small country!

Mercadolivre is Brazils ebay, if you look at the bottom of the main page of ebay.com, or any ebay site, you'll see a list of countries, click on Brazil and you go to mercdolivre.
There are quite a few Brazilians on various game forums, get friendly with some and perhaps they'll be able to help you out. What is it you want anyway?
