Mega Lo Mania, saw it on a friend's Amiga (I had an Amiga a too at the time) and went out and got the Megadrive version because it was only £24.99 and the Amiga version was £34.99.
Worst mistake ever, in comparisson the Megadrive version is a pile of smeg.

Sonic 3. After the awesome Sonic 1 & 2 all my hopes and dreams were poured into the third adventure that featured a new enemy, new shields and levels three times the size of Sonic 2. I bought into the hype (being a foolish child) and what I got was a mindless, easy, ugly, horrible pile of tosh for a game.
Shinning Tears. The load times drove me mad.
Are you serious?!?!? wow you are honestly the first person I have ever met that actually liked that game, I mean come on it was an absolute pile of turd, I love the way that these giant flat monsters appear, take one hit to kill and then slide off the screen like paper cut outs. That game had like zero gameplay at all, mainly due to the fact that it completely lacked focus, you'd be wandering about trying to work out where you were supposed to be going most of the time. I'll give it this though, it had f#cking excellent in game music, some of the best tunes in any video game everQuote:

Most of the time? Uh, no. At first, yes. Then you figure it out. It's not that hard to figure out, it just takes multiple plays. There aren't really that many different options on which way to go. And that's only in the first half of the game.Quote:

I think the general consensus was that they were blown away by the graphics and music which were very impressive for the Amiga and automatically gave it a high score :pQuote:
