Warranty Question...possible litigation involved...
Okay, this is a tad tongue-in-cheek:
But I was looking through my Wolfenstein 3-D manual (for the 3DO) and Interplay says there is a lifetime warranty on defects for the disk in the back of said manual. So if my 3DO version of Wolf 3D stops working (disk related) they claim if I send $5 + the disk, they will send me a replacement...
So, If I get another copy of the game, one with a good amount of disk rot...and I send them all this stuff, they have to send me a replacement right? I mean they promised. It's not like Interplay is out of business or anything, so I can replacements for all my Interplay 3DO games right? They promised. Time to take 'em up on it...
