Yeah, they still have coffee, Wal-Mart, TV, McDonald's, and everything else that consumerism has brought out as important. New car's (even though they get shitty gas mileage, it's ok they are new....:mad:) People are taught what is important, every since we've been keeping up with the Jones' and buying more than we can afford, we've been happy with just that.:daze: Advertising is a heavy hand, as is the news and TV in general. I rarely watch TV because it's just so wrong.

I saw Obama in Denver on Sunday...it was really annoying, there were people everywhere and Colfax was closed making it almost impossible for me to get to Lakewood/west Denver. As I was driving through the crowd (while wishing I could drive over it) I heard one group of chicks exclaiming that Obama was "sooo cute!" and that's why we all HAD to vote for him.

I was convinced. I will be re-registering as a Democrat immediately, voting for Obama and from now on all Democrats as they all appear to be "cute."


Needless to say, my confidence in the future of my country is slim at best.

As they chant "Hope and Change" Goldman-Sachs is waiting patiently for the day that Obama gets into office.

Obama is a recipe for a world tragedy.

McCain can be fought and put in his place when he gets in office Obama with his lemming legions are a more formidable obstacle to get over if he pushes through some living-standard cutting legislation written by Goldman-Sachs or JPMorgan-Chase.

There were over 100,000 people at that event. I won't be voting for Obama because he is cute, I'll be voting for him because he is black.

Well, it could be that people want him to win because he is black. Being that we've never had a black president. They want to be the first to elect a black man. I also think that's why the democratic party pitted a woman and a black man against each other. The democrats are testing the system, maybe for change, maybe to see if the citizens are becoming more liberal. I really want Ron Paul to be president, and am undecided on whom I should vote for. Anyone willing to give me their opinion on whom I should choose based on my almost perfect alliance with Ron Paul?

So some clueless girls joked about voting for Obama because he's cute. Wow. That's turning you off to the citizens of this country? Get fucking real. That's superficial shit. You know what's turning me off to the citizens of this country? The fact that idiots have elected the wrong officials for the last eight years, the economy has sunk to near depression levels, and I had to hear about my mom being laid-off when I got home today.

I want a fucking change, and that's why I'll be voting for Obama.

ADDED: And this is directly to you Edge, stop insulting people when they support Obama. There are idiots on both side of the aisle, but there are millions upon millions of people who are actually hurting. People I love are hurting. You know why my mom is voting for Obama? Because he's offering a chance to take money from your 401k before you turn the right age without penalty. She lost over 10% of her life's saving when the crisis hit, and now she's jobless. This isn't at all a joke, and you should show a little respect.
