You're citing a source above that links to UFO conspiracies, ads promising to "eliminate your status as a property of the state," and links to YouTube videos of Obama spliced with footage of Hitler? I don't exactly mean to insult you, but you really are a joke, at least in this thread, and you fail to realize it since you live in this self-created bubble of ignorance feigning as a "one man against the world" movement. Obama just represents hope for the US here in Germany; people hope for him to be an even better Clinton. Bush just represents a dark era here, a time when the USA was a nation not trustworthy and in a way even felt like a menace.
Of course there is always some Anti-Americanism, everywhere; thatīs just just something a giant always gets from some people.
But then again the USA have been very popular and well-respected with the majority of people here before Bush; we owe them more than any other country, and they were seen as big protectors and helpers. The US were supporting the reunification when the UK and France were against it. We were the frontline of the Cold War and owe it to the US that we were not completely drawn into the Sovjet empire. The US were a nation that spent huge amounts of money into restoring Germany, and they influenced us with their modern lifestyle.
Hell yeah, the US were popular with most people here, and then came Bush, the anti-Christ that was everything we despise, and our friend was not what it used to be.
You can bet that around 90% of people here despise Bush, and what he stands for. And all those people see Obama as the way back to better times and are happy for him. There were parties and people crying tears of joy here when the results were in.
I did not exactly cry, but I was very happy that it ended this way.

If it really were as bad as you claim, nothing you could say or post would have any effect ever, so why bother? Why are your Nazi websites even allowed to exist?
