Are TecToy releases of Saturn games easier to get a hold of than North American releases? Is there any place where I can buy them besides ebay?
And last but not least: Can they play on a North American Saturn?

Hmm didn't know tectoy continued past genesis. You'd have to asksomeone in brazil. Currently tectoy doesnt do saturn or dreamcast (per their web page)
I don't think you will find getting games from Brazil easier than from your own country. Most sellers on Mercardo Livre don't speak English/use Paypal/post abroad. I'm pretty sure the games are compatible with a US system, but not 100% certain. I don't think there are any Brazilian exclusive releases, Tectoy certainly didn't code anything for Saturn. There are probably some games translanted into Portuguese, I know Riven is at least.
When it comes to Sega in Brazil, its Master System that has all the interesting exclusive releases, even Megadrive only had a few original games there.
I'm asking this question because I found an auction for a Brazilian copy of Burning Rangers, the seller said that the only difference between it and the North American version was the packaging. Here is a link: TecToy Burning Rangers on ebay
With the Saturn, and most consoles in general, Brazil is the same territory as North America. If you look on the back of any US Saturn game, it will say it's compatible with Saturn systems purchased in North and South America, "except Argentina, Paraguay, and Uruguay." Brazil is included. I believe those three countries use PAL and are classed with Europe. Brazil uses what is officially termed PAL-M, but is more like NTSC than PAL (it's basically NTSC with PAL coloring).
Brazilian games will work fine, but I believe if you were to get a Brazilian console, it would display in black and white. I can't say I've ever heard of any games being easier to find in Brazil, nor have I ever seen a Brazil release list for the Saturn. Riven did come out in Brazil and not North America, but nobody cares about that game anymore. TecToy had the rights to Myst and Riven in Brazil, so the two games came out only on PC and Saturn there. FUN FACT: TecToy ported Riven to Saturn themselves. Riven was also released for Saturn in Europe and Japan, with the port done by SunSoft. In other words, the same game was ported to Saturn twice by two separate companies.
I found a list but it's not official, of supposedly all the Sega Saturn games published by TecToy in Brasil.
Here' it is
And a bunch of pictures of different Brasilian Models of the Saturn.
Interesting. That's not a lot of games, but it seems Tec Toy generally chose the better games.
