Hmm, I'm sure everyone will disagree but to each his own.

Sonic 3 > Sonic 2?
. . . does not compute
Sonic2 > Sonic3 does not compute....
(Sonic3+K)>Sonic2
Whatever. I tend to buy my games in lots, like four at a time, three at a time. The most I have ever gotten in one sitting was from a forum member, I can't recall his name at the moment, but for like 10 bucks I got a whole box of sports games, which really pads my collection.
I don't usually pay more than four or five dollars for a game, but I did pay like $11 dollars for Super Off Road and Double Dragon about a month ago or so.
Sonic 1 > Sonic 2 > Sonic 3
you must be joking. Sonic 1 on Genesis isn't even better than Sonic 1 on the Master System. It's nowhere near "bad," but past the first level there is so much idle waiting it hardly lives up to the name "Sonic." I guess Mario fans may like it more, but I prefer 2/3/knuckles where you do a proper amount of high speed running. Then again, that's just me, everytime I play a platformer I'm always speed running it, my thumb never comes off the run button on a Mario game.
I wouldn't go that far. It clearly is not as good as the previous games, but it is still a landmark game that any collector should own, heck anyone who has the Genesis should own Sonic The Hedgehog.
I spent $15AUD on a loose mega games 6 vol. 1. I am now spewing coz I know for about 5 more, I can get 3-4 games. Damn Gametraders.
Batman Genesis version CIB $15.00
Now Neo Geo $tuff... whole different story
Well, yeah. Of course Neo Geo stuff is going to be ridiculously expensive. My philosophy is that I get as many games, be them cheap or bad games or anything, for as cheap as I can. I know it looks inane on the face level, but think about it: Why would I want to pay a shit ton of money for a mint copy of Final Fantasy still in box yet, when I don't own over half of the stuff that is in the bargain bin at Gamestop? I get that it's great and rare, but there are so many other games that I can get for cheaper, because it stretches my dollar.
That being said, I lost out on a 3DO today that I was prepared to pay $50 bucks for.
Call me crazy I don't care, I always liked the first one the best.
I think $25 for PSIV... I really don't give a shit.
I've paid out the ass for other consoles.... $70 Cannon Spike anyone?
I don't think anyone answered this question. Megaman is available in cart form in Japan and Europe (as Rockman Mega World in Japan and Megaman: The Wily Wars in Europe). As far as MD games on the Nomad go, I think the Nomad does a better job fitting in the various cart sizes, but there are territorial lockouts on most (?) of the games.
And this is related to my answers, as I most recently purchased Rockman Mega World for $40, which comes in at number 2 on my list. The most expensive purchase was a recent one; I picked up a mint copy of MUSHA for $80 (which sadly seems to be about the going rate these days). After that, I paid $20 for TMNT Hyperstone Heist, and just about everything else is under the $10 mark
