Well, The reason why I bought it is because I rented it a long, long time ago. Lets just say my memories of this game had held up but the game itself is a causualty of time.

The gamplay is still sound but the main characters sprite is so poorly drawn / animated that it really shows.

$60 dollars for Golden Axe dang. That game is so easy on the easy setting too. I beat the game in 6 minutes. Arcade setting is pretty damn hard.
