I'm not an absolutionist. I can't say everything I see is right / wrong - Success / Failure.
All I can do is weigh the information and from what I see its far from a failure.

Wind and Water Puzzle Battle - Port from Arcade - Release Date October 2008 - This Month!
Wind and Water is a puzzle battle game originally released on GP2x and ported to Dreamcast.
It requires you to rotate tiles representing the elements of wood, earth, metal, fire, and metal; into a diamond shape of 4 or more matching blocks. There are also void and wind blocks which are used as special blocks with abilities to pull off special clears. In other difficulty settings they may appear as simply another element with no special capabilities.
The goal of the game is to keep the flow of blocks coming in order to prevent, or lower the press which will limit the amount of space you have to clear blocks unless you are able to clear them fast enough. The press will quicken in speed as the game goes on.
Featuring many characters, special moves including combos, chains, special clears, and seemingly endless variations on such abilities; the arcade mode features a very impressive amount of depth in it's arcade mode.
Along side arcade mode, there is a rather lengthy and impressive story mode where you play the role of Amy helping Yuan Hao and Hsi finish the game by attaining elements, finding contestants, and even forcing Yuan Hao and Hsi to get to work finishing the game by completing different tasks available in the game engine. (ex: do a full chain followed by a 2x elemental clear in under 30sec)
Puzzle mode offers many different puzzles where one most clear the screen of elements with a limited number of moves.
On top of all this, the game offers many different varieties of online rankings complete with custom sprite based on a picture of you, and an impressive amount of unlockables and minigames.
