Never played the first or even watched a friend play. The only GOW footage I saw was on Attack of the Show, never played or cared of the first because I had things like Dead Rising, Crack Down, DOA 4, Full Auto, and GRAW 2 to play at the time. Yo have a good current gen game thats not a rehash or a damn guitar hero ripoff or sequel, I'll rent this atleast.
Loved the first one-co-op with my bro was great. Definetly getting this one maybe the collectors edition and I plan to do so at circuit city cause I hear they will give away 1600 MS points with purchase :)

I'm counting the days until gears 2 (as well as sonic unleashed and pier solar), Baird will probably die because no one will miss him much.
Baird's funny. But I honestly wouldn't be surprised if a lot of the characters died

Here's hoping that the multiplayer in GoW2 is a little less limited than that of the original.
