Keep in mind that online gaming, to me, is a low priority at best. It is fun once in awhile, but I'd never ever buy a game for the online experience alone. Regardless of if the servers are there or now, in the future the players won't be. So you may sign on to play a rousing game of Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles XBLA with a random person, but good luck finding anyone to play with unless you and a friend plan before hand to meet online (which is what I usually do). To me, if the meat and potatoes (yum) aren't in the single player, then the game is a failure to me. That's why I don't own shit like Warhawk. That's why I only played the Resistance 2 beta for 30 seconds before coming bored and deleting it. Online gaming seems to me to be more for people who don't have friends close to them at the moment in real life that can come over and play. That's why I play online when I do... just for a quick, casual game with friends I know in real life.
