Either way, it'll still suck.
Aww come on, it COULD be good. I'll at least give them a chance with one, but my hopes are about as high as seeing Eddie Murphy in another good movie, so I don't know how disappointed I could be.
Isn't this the game with the talking sword and the Black Knight?
I guess we don't need that little thing called Quality Assurance here.
Also, Can I please ask to never speak of the Sonic with Swords, Black Knights, or guns ever again. It makes me going into an uncontrollable rage. I may break down one of my cubicle walls with a hydoken.
Wow, another Sonic game I won't be buying.
Thanks Sega!
couldn't they just remake all the Genesis Sonic games in 2.5D and call it a day?
I heard that Sonic Team wasn't actually making this game, but rather a conglomerate of different developers.
Then I pose this simple question:
How many developers does it take to make a decent Sonic game?
Any bets?
Sonic Team is doing the whole thing for PS3/360 and the night-time levels (ie the "werehog" stages) for the PS2/Wii versions, with the daytime levels (ie the proper Sonic levels) being done by Dimps, the crew behind the Sonic Advance/Rush games. Interestingly, the Wii/PS2 version hasn't been delayed. Maybe Sega realises that quality control isn't necessary to sell a jillion copies on Wii:D
That other game is Sonic and the Black Night and is Wii-exclusive, built on the same engine as Sonic and the Secret Rings, so I expect it to be decent, even if it is packed with pointless medieval swordplay.
