I think what he is saying is take the main board, sensor and switch out of the Phaser and put it into the Zapper shell and possibly use the Zapper trigger. There is no reason it wouldn't work as he is only saying to use the Phasers inards on an SMS. He's not saying make the Zapper work like the Phaser on an NES. If you could get everything to fit it would be fine.Quote:

That's all he was saying. To use the SMS gun on an SMS but the gun is in the shell of the Zapper because he prefers the shape of the Zapper (as do I)
It has nothing to do with the NES or electronic compatibility. It's just the plastic shell. It could be shaped however you wish on the outside as long as you can get everything to fit on the inside and the lens are the correct distance away.
Oh OK, I had it backwards. I thought he wanted to play Duck Hunt with Light Phaser guts such as the super-smooth trigger, etc.

That looks exactly like Burrough Canyon Shooting range in Azusa California...creepy. It must be from California because if it has a removable magazine it has to have that ridiculous single stock grip.

I searched the hello kitty M4 and found more photos online...it definitely IS Burrough Canyon. I used to shoot there after they closed down the other range I frequented. What a small world.

I thought my deal the other week of a MD1 (early high def graphics job), 2 controllers and 13 games for £6 was a bargain, that beats it.
I got 2 model 2 SMS's a few weeks back, just need to sort out RGB scart and 50/60Hz switches for them still.
