i have the game and i cannot ever remember playing it


there are a lot of health bar tournament fighters

its kind of funny they named street fighter street figher when double dragon is more of a "street figher" to me a street figher is someone who walks down the street and fights random people
kind of like an "urban champion"

yea the little depth thing that they allow the character to do is annoying in this type of game i just played it a warren kicked my ass i think the graphics and animation are good

of course if asked whether i would rather play this or shaq-fu

i'd have to pick shaq i dont know why people are all so down on the shaqfu its about as good as brutal paws of fury

this is going to sound retarded but i always get this game mixed up with ka-ge-ki

You seriously need to go back and beat it again! You get more than that message! You also win the championship belt and proudly hold it up while showing off your steroid induced body, you get the credits rolling, all the character ugly face portraits while their sprites are showing off their limited animated moves and ... the message: "Congratulations" and "The End" with a view of the sunset at a nameless generic city.
How can you honestly say that a game with a crappy ending is not worth it at all? There have been many games out there that had crappy endings yet were good games. One such example (that I can think of at this time) is Vapor Trail! I think it should get at least a 4 or 5! You can't give it a 1 or 2 if you can actually sit down and play till the end. Beast Wrestler is worse than this! Hell I couldn't beat the first monster in that godforsaken mess!

i dont now but when i was a kid i rented this game and i liked it
it s reminded me of the 80 s horror movie if the movie wasn t good yust make a good attracting cover
yeah and i rented it

only i hated that spanish fighter in bleu what a bitch
game is not to hard but when played out there s nothing to come back for
but time didn t do any justice to this one
to little moves and no character selection only in 2 player mode

I saw the seen with Joe holding up the championship belt and the like but I don't consider the credits roll part of an ending of a video game. To each his own though.

it truly deserved 1/10 easily the worst fighter ever and I wonder how I ever got the cart for this 4 years ago off of my 500 game collection that I got from ebay, anyway I suppose I am stuck with this trashy game forever

All I can say to this is that there are far worse fighting games in the console: World Heroes, Justice League Task Force and Shaq Fu (definitely) all come to mind immediately.

I don't think Justice League is worse, it may be harder to play but overall it still has better balance in graphics, sound, character selection as well as a few other areas. I don't like the game either and wouldn't defend it but I would rate it a tad better overall than Deadly Moves. Shaq Fu is the same way, poor overall but still a hair better overall. Aww well, just my opinion though.

I would rather play this than Justice League or Shaq-Fu. At least this game didn't drag famous athletes or comic book characters through the mud for a quick buck.

I have this on both Genesis and SNES. I collect shitty Street Fighter II rip offs.

Jason, if you will, how is the SNES version compared to the Genesis version. Would be cool to know how each one plays in comparrison?

Though to me, it always read as an effect, rather than a missed VBLANK. Same with Cosmic Carnage.
