Posing nude in Playboy, or even being in pornography, is not exploitation if it's her choice. The only thing that's exploitation is when they dig up private pictures and publish them without consent. I don't know if Playboy has done this, but I know it's happened, one example being Vanessa Williams back in the 80s.
