SMS ROMs on a Megacart?

Anyone tried it?

I don't recall this cart having SMS mode also ... ?

I don't think so but I thought that the MD itself would switch to SMS mode when it detects an SMS ROM, like it does with Phantasy Star.

MD does not detect anything, MD is put into SMS mode by pulling pin pin low on the cartslot... Megacart probably could support SMS mode, but its CPLD needs a reprogram in that case...
