Tom and Jerry talk and sing in this movie, right?

And this was made after the wussed up the characters, and took out the maim/kill aspect?


I recall a few T&J cartoons where Jerry needed to get his ass beat for being a dick.

Actually, Jerry was a pretty nice guy. It was Tom who was a grumpy bastard.

I bet this movie doesn't even have Tom's signature scream.

I remember seeing this movie as a very young kid and the first 30 minutes were ok. I was confused about the rest and I agree with The Nostalgia Critic that it's a misstake that Tom & Jerry can talk in this film.

No, there were ones where Tom wasn't doing anything and Jerry would start shit.

I always thought if Tom caught Jerry there would be this moment like at the end of The Candidate where everyone was just like 'Now what?'. Same thing if Gargamel ever caught the Smurfs. What the hell does he want them for anyways?

Roadrunner/Wile E. Coyote too. They even did one where he held up a sign saying "Ok wiseguy, I finally caught him. Now what?':p

But usually only when "Tuffy" would come to visit and Jerry wanted to teach him how to steal food or Tom's milk. But most episodes started with Tom using Jerry as a tennis ball, etc

It's ok I guess. I got the comic book at the same time, and it was a little different. For example, it was the bee/hornet/whatever that got out of the cage and pressed the buttons to get the others out.

I love Tom & Jerry. My favorite part of that episode was @ 6:19

I just want to see that damn mouse eaten.... along with Tweety and Bugs Bunny. I hated those cartoons back in the day, someone always chasing someone else!

I love Tom and Jerry (classic ones only, not the newer ones where Jerry wears a tie and they are friends). The violence is great. I love the fat black lady that Tom lives with. THOMAS! I also like the Coyote and the Road Runner. Tweety bird and Sylvester have never been funny.
