Scooby Doo Mystery cover art?

Yeah I know I've been asking for nothing but cover art lately but I found a use for the extra EA football games I had lying in a box! I own Scooby Doo Mystery for the Genesis (love that game!) but its loose and I wanted to print my own cover art for it and put it in a standard Genesis clam shell. Go figure I can't find that one anywhere!

Also can anyone recommend how to print these for the standard Genesis clam shell? Are there any templates (like I dunno VHS) that works or should I use a specific program and measurements?

Any help would be greatly appreciated!
