Road Rash
Yeah I've been making videos for a few years now but have never been able to do a Genesis review without using emulation. Many of us reviewing old games can tell you most TV Tuners don't like the Genesis too much. I'm not %100 certain if this has something to do with the resolution caused from excess overscan or something else but I would only get a scrambled black and white image when trying to record the Genesis on my PC.
Today this all changes for the best! I got a new TV Tuner (ATi 650 based if anyone is wondering) and it records the Genesis almost perfectly. I say almost because you can see in the video the slight vibration in the bottom 1/4 of the image. But none the less it works.
My first Genesis review off REAL hardware!

Cool review - love your modded MD with it's blue power light! :D
You seemed to be very unimpressed with the music to this game - do you think this too could be a skewed opinion as to playing the 3DO version first? I mean the music isn't amazing or anything but it's pretty fitting I think. I prefer it to the music to the third game any day.

Are you really playing this on a HD Genesis, MN12BIRD? If not, you can't blame the music so much for sucking!

You guys are both correct.
I just picked up this Genesis version and played it for the first time before doing this review and I think I really was so used to the 3DO version. The music grows on you and I'm starting to like it more and more.
To Zebbe this was not on an HDG model and I compared the music on one of my HDG models and I really can tell the difference! Its not as muddy sounding (less background noise) and I've made a video to show this difference you can actually hear! Should be up soon.
