Can YOU hear the difference?

What does the CDX sound like? A Model 1 or a Model 2?

Also what about the Wondermega and X'eye too.

Does the X'eye and Wondermega have better sound then the smaller CDX?

Model 2 - like all hardware variants except the HGD Model 1 and Nomad (dunno about Model 3).

- But like kool kitty89 wrote, you have to differentiate: There are Model 2 variants that sound better than the average VA-0 or VA-1, and Wondermega, X'eye and CDX are among them. They output a very bright and clean sound that's not at all distorted, yet a subtle but noticable nuance less full and rich as that of a HDG Model 1.

I don't think so, but I haven't yet recorded my CDX.

Chilly Willy also speculated that the CDX probably had the highest quality mixing hardware due to its intended multipurpose portable CD player design.

I got a "Multi Mega" and I think it's as good as an X'eye, but definitely not better. - I will have to record its sound and compare it with my X'eye recordings.
