If there really was some kind of a laser that can transport a human into the video game world, what game would you like to be in? (DOES NOT HAVE TO BE RETRO).

leisure suit larry? maybe? was that the answer I was going for? no.
Either Green Hill Zone or Snatcher are my votes without putting any thought behind the idea.
The part of X-men Vs. Street Fighter in Ken's ending where he's playing X-men Vs. Street Fighter with his son. That's where I'd like to be.
Any Japanese dating sim. ;)
1. Disney's Aladdin (Sega Genesis) - (No comment necessary)
2. Gargoyles (Sega Genesis) - (To render it more like the cartoon and less non-canon).
3. Futurama (XBox) - (To learn how to port it to the Dreamcast)
4. Vectorman (Sega Genesis) - (To kick Wall-E's butt for stealing the idea)
5. ANY RPG (ANY SYSTEM) - (Especially Shenmue - to finally see what happens in the end).
Actually, it's the other way around: Wall-E was a Vectorman rip-off.
Premise:
Humans over-pollute the Earth. Humans depart from Earth and leave robots ("orbots" in Vectorman) behind to cleanse its soil from the literal garbage that was left. Humans must come back to Earth one day.
I personally like Wall-E. But Vectorman came first.
P.S.> Also, I don't think Wall-E can handle Warhead. He'd have to resort to his girlfriend for that one.;)
Space Paranoid. :p
Beggar Prince
Lost Vikings
Strider
Interesting topic. I think I would like to be in Golgo 13 for the NES, or maybe Rolling Thunder or Splatterhouse 2.
If I had to pick an arcade title though, definitely Gyruss. When I was a youngster I played like I was in that game.
Dead or Alive Extreme Beach Volleyball ;)
