So, today they were supposed to unlock something in the Characters section on the Sonic 4 website. I'm pretty sure it was supposed to happen two hours ago. I've looked around, and it appears to be a problem with how the timers count down. Some people are saying they still have hours left in the timer. The timers are set according to the computer's clock, I think. So it seems like the timers were set to count down to a specific time on a specific day, but because that time is different in other time zones, people have been seeing the thing unlocked too early.
And yeah, either Metal Sonic or Mecha Sonic would be awesome, and I think the intro is hinting at them. It would be great if they finally brought back Mecha Sonic. He hasn't done anything since Sonic 3 & Knuckles, except for a cameo in Sonic Adventure where he's in a storage tube. At least Metal Sonic was brought back with Sonic Heroes. Either one would be great though.

I hope the 2nd featured character is Tails..this game should have 2 player ability, for racing and co-op play. Knuckles is cool, but he needs to sit this one out. Needs to be Sonic and Tails for bit for this episodeQuote:

I don't know whether to be relieved or nervous about that. The Sonic Adance series got a little stupider and less Sonicy with each release. The first one was great and very close to a classic 16 bit Sonic game. The second one started to give too much weight to the stupid Sonic friends and the third one introduced that team gameplay thing that was kinda sucky and more like Knuckles Chaotix than anything. Although Sonic 4 isn't supposed to have any of the retarded animal friends in it, so hopefully it won't be a problem. I'm still really hopefull for this game.
Most annoying trend this generation: companies farming out their IPs to other devlopers.
