Funny story, my family ran a seafood restaurant out of our house but we had to stop because business was good, too good.
I'm pretty sure the Mexican dude who owns the chain of restaurants here probably prefers that gringo clientele, he (or rather him and some members of his family) own/run half a dozen restaurants in 3-4 towns. I'm pretty sure he swims in money Scrooge McDuck style.
I wish they'd cut back on the cilantro in the salsa sometimes. It's fine in small amounts, but tasting it my mouth for 5 hours is a bummer.
They have mexican restaurants by me but they are no different then a Chinese food place. All of there meals have been pre-packaged by their Mexican Food Supply companies. Ya, its more real then Taco Bell is but it's still pre-made stuff just warmed up.
