Left 4 Dead 2 360 demo

Does anyone have a release date? I talked to a (surprisingly nice) guy who worked at gamestop about it, he mentioned you get L4D2 demo access before the general public and a baseball bat (in-game). I've talked to quite a few people they all said essentially the same thing, "You get demo access before the general public... etc, baseball bat, etc." but they never give me an exact date. Does anyone know when this launches to the public on Xbox live? The game comes out November 17th and 20th, and Xbox.com and Xbox live says there currently is no demo. The game is so close to launching and the demo has been announced, so where the hell is it?
