Yeah, I can see myself playing NiGHTS years from now and still not getting tired of it. It's just a game with a great motif and excellent music, and it's fun to go back and beat your old scores. Although I like the game a lot, Mario 64 just doesn't offer that kind of replayability for me.
Once you beat Mario 64, that's it. Unless you like messing with Gameshark or get the DS version.
I totally agree with that, I just wrote a review for NiGHTS for ClassicVGM magazine and I stated the same thing. The game has fantastic music and a great replayability charm. Also for me I don't think it's a game I'll ever get bored of. I should post that review on here for you guys to see.Quote:

This NiGHTS campaign is to insure downloadable content. Let's face it guys, wouldn't you rather see ToeJam & Earl (and Vectorman) over NiGHTS? Melf, aren't you like a huge Vectorman fan? If that's the case, then what is there to lose by helping the cause? You'll all be getting characters that should have been in the game to begin with PLUS you will also have the ability to download NiGHTS, if you ever choose to. It's win-win.
DiGi said it himself: it wasn't until Mr. Greg Johnson stated that he was in talks with SEGA about DLC that this campaign started. In other words, ToeJam & Earl were a major catalyst to help the NiGHTS fanbase take the initiative. They saw how ToeJam & Earl fans spoke up, so they followed suit and took advantage of the situation. Of course, NiGHTS is more important to SEGA than ToeJam & Earl, but I'm sure that we, as SEGA fans, don't want to see the alien duo die into obscurity. Nor does Mr. Johnson.
So please go to http://www.nightsintodreams.com and see what all the fuss is about. You will also notice that the whole fanbase is something that every forum should dream to have: everyone has intelligent conversations and nobody trolls. If only places like here and SEGANerds were like that, things would actually get done. You may think campaigns like this don't work... but if that was the case, then we would have never gotten this far. Speaking up does work.
Plus SEGA likes teh monies and teh nickeling-and-diming.

Well, SEGA did say they were interested in doing DLC because of all this commotion. And Capcom is giving North Americans/Euros TvC:UAS with online, something they were constantly bothered to add.
Mgs is a good replayability series.. o nights isn't a series..
Mario64 is very replayable if you have a friend and make a competiton out of it.
