Sewer Shark is good. I also liked Night Trap... mainly for the lingerie clad college girls. :D
Who Shot Johnny Rock was okay... sorta. I didn't play the FMV that much. I preferred to spend more time playing Ecco or EWJ:SE or Sonic or Battle Corps.

If you mean on other platforms as well (again, depending on definition), Return to Zork is definitely up there.
Ground Zero Texas was mine as it actually gave the player a false sense of freedom.
