The picture alone shouldn't make you think he's an immigrant, but the additional information I gathered from BEING THERE WHILE THE PICTURE WAS TAKEN compared to previous knowledge of the behavior common of Mexican immigrants gives me the firm impression that he is not a native born US citizen. Furthermore, I was being somewhat facetious in the first place, but apparently white man's guilt is too strong on this forum to have a laugh. I have friends of just about every race imaginable and we are far past the whole "OMG racist!" thing to the point it is openly joked about.
